Mriganika Singh Tanwar holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Mumbai, India. Her research interests lie at the intersection of international security, strategic technologies and rising powers, with a special focus on the Indo-Pacific region.
Before joining ISAS, Mriganika held research roles at S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, Observer Research Foundation, India, and Warner Bros. Discovery, India. Mriganika was also part of the UNITAR Leaders for Free and Open Indo-Pacific programme (2024-2025), where she presented and published her policy brief at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research Division for Prosperity, funded by the Japanese government.
