Nuri Vittachi Nury Vittachi is one of Asia’s most prolific authors, writer of more than 40 books, including the celebrated “Feng Shui Detective” series of comedy crime novels, which have been published in many languages around the world. He is chairman of the biggest association of writers in the Asia-Pacific region. He teaches narrative design to filmmakers, game designers and animators at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Vittachi is also known for his journalism, and his syndicated columns reach large numbers of readers in many countries. Vittachi worked as a journalist with regular slots in many well-known media, including BBC, CNN and NBC. Most notably he was Assistant Editor of the South China Morning Post (1987 to 1993) and Assistant Editor of the Far Eastern Economic Review (1993 to 2004).
