Connecting Business with Insights | Shaping South Asia’s Future
In today’s fast-changing global landscape, gaining a deep and nuanced understanding of South Asia — one of the world’s most dynamic, diverse and rapidly evolving regions — has never been more critical. As geopolitical shifts, economic transformations and social changes continue to shape the global order, South Asia’s growing influence demands the attention of policymakers, businesses and thought leaders alike.
Since its establishment in 2004, ISAS has been at the forefront of policy-relevant research on South Asia, providing rigorous, timely and impactful analysis on the region’s political, economic and strategic developments. As an independent research institute in NUS, the Institute plays a vital role in deepening the understanding of South Asia’s evolving dynamics and fostering informed dialogue between academia, government and the business community – both in Singapore and globally.
To mark its 20th anniversary, ISAS launched the ISAS Corporate Associate Membership Programme (ISAS CAMP) on 11 July 2024 — a new platform to strengthen partnerships between the business world and South Asia-focused research.
