Mr Johnson Paul, worked as the Deputy Director for Government and Business Information Services (GBIS) of the National Library Board of Singapore (NLB) and concurrently served as Senior Strategy Consultant for Cybrarian Ventures (a venture company of the National Library Board). He has extensive corporate and strategic planning expertise, championing public sector wide “Value Innovation” framework for government and subsequently the project champion for Library 2010 and Project Deputy Chair of Library 2020. He has contributed to several research and case studies on NLB which includes Harvard, INSEAD and Yale case studies. He was an active member of the implementation committee for “Brand Singapore” inter-sector initiative, Tamil Internet Steering Committee and project coordinator for ASEAN INFONET, a regional information network. Mr Johnson has a wealth of experience in fund raising and served as a member of the International Advisory Committee of the Bill and Melinda Gates Learning Award 2007 and 2008(USA) and Network for Information and Digital Access (UK) and Asia Dialogue Society (ADS, Bangkok).
Johnson was invited to be member of the literati society of Emerald Intelligence in 2005 and serves as the international editor for PROGRAM (UK); editor for EPRINT, and NRIN. He has presented papers on several international conferences including the International Federation of Library Association, World Bank Knowledge Management group, European Union Cultural cluster. He also represented Singapore in receiving the International Award for the Most Admired Knowledge City (MAKCi) in 2008 and 2009. His specific strengths are in multipartite collaboration, executing cross-agency initiatives like Enterprise Business Information Services, a partnership with Singapore Business Federation, SPRING Singapore, IE Singapore and NLB. He had successfully engineered multi-sector collaboration in digitisation initiatives that represented NLB's pioneering effort in the digital domain. Within the public sector he is well known for executing international conferences, amongst others the World Library Summit which garnered 1,000 participants from across the world.
In July 2003, he completed an Executive Management Course with INSEAD under the Firefly Leadership Programme of the Economic Development Board (EDB.) In 2010 he completed a Management Development Programme of the Civil Service College. Johnson had contributed significantly to organizational change particularly in raising the scholarship profile of the National Library with the introduction of Lee Kong Chian Research Fellowship and the National Library’s publishing initiative. Amongst others, the “National Directory of Humanities and Social Sciences Scholars in Singapore”, “BiblioAsia”, and “How Singapore Compares” has had wide international acclaim. |

Mr Samuel Neo takes care of the Human Resource functions.
Samuel has experience in industries including IT, testing, certification and quality management, academia, and defence. His experience covers areas such as software development, research, project management, marketing, general management, business development, Ecommerce and eGovernment. He is a founding member of the Ecommerce Association of Singapore. He was a key member of the EnterpriseOne government business information portal project, being involved from the conceptualization to implementation process of the initiative. This included the promotion of the Online Business Licensing System eService.
Samuel holds an MSc in Physics, a First Class Honours in Physics (winning the IPS Silver Medal and Jurong Shipyard Book Prizes), British Computer Society Professional qualification and a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance awarded by ACCA. |

Ms Sithara Doriasamy oversees corporate communications functions. In addition, she plans and coordinates key events, including international conferences and programmes, working closely with ISAS’ internal and external stakeholders. She manages ISAS South Asian Diaspora website and assists in publications.
Sithara brings along with her more than 14 years of journalistic experience. She has held several key editorial positions with the Singapore Press Holdings and MediaCorp’s Channel News Asia. She has worked in both the private and public sectors, overseeing public affairs, corporate communications, events management and international relations functions. She is honed with years of experience in content management, corporate presentations, marketing, and coordinating national and international events and conferences. She is effectively bi-lingual in public speaking. She is an active grassroots leader, and is regularly invited to chair focus group discussions and community events. She was part of Singapore government’s Remaking Singapore Committee (Beyond Cars Sub-Committee) and Tamil Language Curriculum and Pedagogy Review Resource Panel, Ministry of Education. She is a member of a school advisory committee.
Sithara holds an MSc in International Relations, from the Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies, Nanyang Technological University, and BA in Communications and Media Management, from the University of South Australia. |

Mr P S Suryanarayana has worked as a journalist for 35 years, holding several key positions with the Indian dailies, The Hindu and Indian Express. For over two-thirds of his 24 years career with The Hindu, he served with distinction as the newspaper’s foreign correspondent in diverse places like the Asia Pacific region (with Singapore as the base), Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.
Suryanarayana holds a Master’s degree in Politics and Public Administration (University of Madras, India). He is the author of The Peace Trap: An Indo-Sri Lankan Political Crisis (Affiliated East-West Press: 1988). In 2011, he wrote a book chapter on India’s Place and ASEAN’s Primacy in the New East Asia (in ‘ASEAN matters!’ published by the Institute of Policy Studies, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore). He attended a course at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, United States of America, in the summer of 1992. |

Ms Jacqueline Goh is primarily responsible for planning, organising and marketing ISAS events and programmes. She also assists in corporate communications functions.
Jacqueline has close to 12 years of experience in marketing and communications. Her experience includes editorial and collateral production, managing advertising and promotions campaigns, media relations and events management.
Jacqueline holds a Master of Business (International Travel & Tourism Management) degree from University of Queensland, Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communications from Marketing Institute of Singapore and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) degree from Monash University, Melbourne.

Ms Felicia Ho’s key responsibility involves the management of ISAS website, including social media communications. She assists in corporate communications, media relations, publications and events management.
Felicia’s working experience includes corporate communications, corporate social responsibility, public relations and events management. She holds a degree in Journalism and Communications from Monash University, Australia and an advanced diploma in TESOL from London Teachers Training College.

Ms Kirby Khoo’s key responsibility involves managing financial processes and functions. He also assists in human resource matters such as payroll and recruitment, and events budgeting.
Kirby has served as Finance Management Executive in a commercial school. He has relevant experiences with AR AP, GL and GAAP. Kirby holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from University of South Australia and is committed to life-long learning. He is currently pursuing a professional course in certified public accountancy with CPA Australia.

Mr Muhammad Yusuf manages ISAS IT systems and provides technical support for web applications and audio/video recordings. He assists with procurement and is ISAS official photographer.
Yusuf has about 20 years of work experience. Prior to joining ISAS, he worked as a IT support officer at the National Library Board’s reference library and Infocomm department. He has the experience of working as a laboratory technologist with the Department of Surgery, NUS.

Ms Florence handles Human Resource and assists in the Finance function.
Florence has worked as a PA/Executive Secretary cum Office Administrator for the past 17 years in the private sector. Prior to joining ISAS, she was the PA to Director of Office of Financial Services, NUS. Florence has a Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource. |
